Welcome to Loaves of Love Sourdough Bakery and Rise and Roll ASMR

Welcome to Loaves of Love

Hi friends,

I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Christina, and Loaves of Love grew from two things I care deeply about: nourishing my family with wholesome food and sharing the joy (and calm!) of baking with my community here in Bexley.

As a mom, I wanted my kiddos to grow up with more than just quick snacks and processed options. I wanted to give them real food—ingredients I could trust, meals that fuel their little bodies, and bread that actually nourishes instead of weighing them down. That’s where sourdough became more than just a hobby for me. It became part of how I care for my family.

Sourdough is special. Not only does it taste incredible with its tangy depth and crackling crust, but it also comes with so many health benefits:

  • It’s easier to digest thanks to natural fermentation.

  • It’s lower on the glycemic index than most breads, meaning it’s gentler on blood sugar.

  • It’s rich in beneficial bacteria and nutrients that support gut health.

  • And it’s made with just a few simple ingredients—flour, water, salt, and love.

I realized that if sourdough could be such a gift for my family, it could be a gift for my neighbors, too. That’s why Loaves of Love was born: to make real, nourishing bread accessible right here in Bexley. No need to drive across town or spend days perfecting a starter—I’ll bring fresh sourdough right to your doorstep. With weekly delivery, your family can enjoy warm, wholesome bread without the hassle.

And because baking has been such a grounding, therapeutic practice for me, I decided to share that side as well. Alongside loaves, I’ll be creating ASMR-inspired content—the soft rhythms of kneading, stretching, scoring, and the crackle of a fresh crust. It’s a way to bring a little calm into your day, whether you’re enjoying a slice with butter or winding down with some soothing bread sounds.

Loaves of Love is more than bread—it’s about nourishing bodies, calming minds, and strengthening the sense of community that makes Bexley feel like home. Thank you for being part of this journey. I can’t wait to bring a loaf of love (literally!) to your door.

With love (and loaves),
Christina
